I couldn't agree with you more.  In fact, I have several posts on my blog that deliver the same point.
People, myself included, can easily be paralyzed by overwhelm at the prospect of a big undertaking.  Identifying the first 3 steps needed for that undertaking and simply taking the first step is a great solution.</description>
